What Is Available on OBLS?
- OBLS is specially designed to meet the needs of start-ups.
- If you are an established business, you can also find most of the licences and permits you need.
- Examples of licence and permits on OBLS:
- Food Shop Licence for retailing food and drinks
- Liquor Licence for selling intoxicating liquor
- Video Licence for selling and distributing CDs, DVDs, etc.

- OBLS does not cover occupational licences (e.g. contact lens practitioners, dentists and pilots).
- For these, you will need to consult with your lawyer or the organisations that oversee these professions.

- To find what applies to you, simply navigate OBLS by:

- industry
- Government agency
- using the search tool
- Based on your selection, OBLS will display a list of licences and permits that applies to your business. You can then choose to:

- download the relevant forms to apply for a licence or permit
