A transitional office site at Mohamed Sultan Road has been released for sale by public tender by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
With a site area of some 0.62 hectares, the land parcel can generate a maximum permissible gross floor area of 9,265 square metres and has a 15-year lease.
As the site was released under the Reserve List System, a minimum bid of S$9,333,333 is required. This is the amount that a developer has committed to bid.
The tender will close at 12 noon on 18 March 2010. Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on tendered land price only.
