A residential site at Upper Serangoon Road / Pheng Geck Avenue was released for sale by public tender by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) as part of the 2010 government land sales programme (GLS).
With a 99-year lease period, the 0.5 hectare site has a maximum gross floor area of 187,313 square feet, and can be developed into a part low-rise (up to five-storeys) and part mid-rise (around 18 storeys) condominium comprising at least 150 units.
This site is one of 8 major GLS residential sites that will be sold between now and June 2010.
The tender will close on 2 June 2010. Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on tendered price only.
