General Business Associations

• Although there are no specific trade associations that represent wholesale traders, you may wish to join other business associations that promote trade/trading, such as:
   
  • Singapore Business Federation (SBF)
  • Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE)
  • Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME)
  • China Enterprises Association (Singapore) (CEA)

Chambers of Commerce

• You can join chambers of commerce to network with other members and update yourself through seminars and workshops. Chambers also offer concessionary member rates for trade services such as:
  
  
  • applying/issuing/endorsing Certificates of Origin
  • issuing Commonwealth Preference Certificates
  • applying for ATA and TDB/BOFT Carnets
  • submitting forms and documentation through TradeNet
