  • Enterprise Development Centres (EDCs) provide consultancy and administrative services to businesses in Singapore.

  • They are set up by associations and chambers of commerce with the support of SPRING Singapore.
  • Consultants at EDCs can advise you on international trade issues and administrative staff can handle your trade documentation.

Government Agencies

  • Singapore Customs
    Singapore Customs provides advice on classification of goods and on the application of the Rules of Origin for preferential tariff treatment.

  • International Enterprise (IE) Singapore
    IE Singapore welcomes feedback or inquiries on Free Trade Agreements and other international trade issues. You can also help shape the negotiation of Free Trade Agreements by participating in IE's surveys.

  • Export Technical Assistance Centre (ETAC)
    ETAC provides local exporters with assistance on standards and conformance, technical regulations as well as export requirements. Through ETAC, SPRING collaborates with partner agencies and regulatory authorities. Currently, the Centre will focus on food and electrical/electronics sectors.
