You can get licences for the warehouses used to store your goods which allow you to suspend the payment of duties and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Licensed Warehouses

Singapore Customs

• You can apply for a licence to convert all/part of your warehouse into a Licensed Warehouse to store dutiable goods which you import.
  
  
• Duty and GST payable on dutiable goods stored in Licensed Warehouses are suspended until they are removed from the warehouse and enter the local market for consumption.
  
  
• Dutiable goods in Singapore are intoxicating liquors, petroleum products, tobacco products and motor vehicles.

Zero GST Warehouses

• You can apply for a licence to convert all/part of your warehouse into a Zero GST Warehouse to store non-dutiable goods.
  
  
• GST payable on good stored in Zero GST Warehouses are suspended until they are removed from the warehouse and enter the local market for consumption.
