Operate Radio Equipment On Airplanes & Ships

  • Aircraft Station Licence
    Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA)
    Get this licence for your business to operate aeronautical radio-communications equipment (e.g. radio navigation satellite equipment, transmitters, transceivers, etc.) installed onboard Singapore-registered commercial aircraft.

  • Ship Station Licence
    Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA)
    Get this licence for your business to operate maritime radio-communications equipment (e.g. digital radio systems, radio transmitters, transceivers, cordless telephone equipment, satellite disks, etc.) installed onboard Singapore-registered commercial ships.

Operate Ships & Harbour Craft

  • Permit To Berth Tankers/Conventional Vessels Carrying Bulk Liquid Cargo
    Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)
    Get this permit to berth your tanker/vessel carrying bulk liquid cargo (e.g. crude oil, refined oil products, liquefied gases, etc.) at approved conventional wharves at Jurong Port and Sembawang Terminal.

  • Permit To Conduct De-Bunkering Operation In Port
    Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)
    Get this permit to offload your ship’s bunker fuel (i.e. marine fuel oil, marine diesel oil and gas oil) if you wish to enter a Singapore shipyard for repairs/docking, replace the grade of bunker fuel in your vessel, remove contaminated bunker fuel, etc.

  • Permit To Launch New Vessel In Port
    Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)
    Get this permit to launch or place a newly-constructed vessel of more than 15 metres in length into the waters of Singapore’s ports.

  • Port Clearance Formalities For Arriving And Departing Vessels
    Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)
    Get official clearance for your vessel to call at or depart from the waters of Singapore’s ports.

  • Ship Sanitation Control / Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate
    National Environment Agency (NEA)
    Get this certificate to verify that your ship is in a sanitary condition to transport goods in Singapore and international waters and does not risk spreading diseases through infectious agents (e.g. rodents, mosquitoes, microbiological agents, etc.) or inadequate sanitation.
