How Can WDA Help My Retail Business?

• You can tap into programmes that WDA has specifically designed for the retail sector. For instance, WDA can help and support your company to:
  
  
  • train and certify the skills of your employees, and develop in-house training programmes using WDA’s Retail Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ).
    
    
  • groom staff for leadership and management positions by nominating/sponsoring them for the National Retail Scholarship Programme.
    
    
  • hire and train professionals, managers and executives without retail experience under the Retail Professional Traineeship Programme (RPTP).
    
    
  • utilise training and consultancy services provided by the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS) which is supported by WDA.
