• You can use Retail WSQ in a variety of ways, for example, you can use the framework to:
  
  
  • define job competencies which your staff need to achieve
  • identify competency gaps and training needs
  • design and obtain accreditation for in-house training programmes
  • send staff to Retail WSQ accredited training programmes
  • provide career and skill progression paths for your employees
  • assess and certify the skills of your employees
  • recruit talent based on their qualifications under Retail WSQ

How much?

• You can get funding for course fees to train your employees:
