Preparation

Apply For SingPass SingPass (Singapore Personal Access) lets you sign on and transact with the Government online with a single password.   Check Availability Of Business Name Check to see if the business name you want to register has been taken by any other business entities.   Check Your Outstanding Medisave Payments Sole-proprietors and partners need to pay up outstanding Medisave liabilities before they can register or renew their businesses.   Find The SSIC For Your Business The Singapore Standards Industry Classification (SSIC) code is the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority's (ACRA) way of categorising businesses. You will need to provide the SSIC code when registering your business.

	Register a sole-proprietor, partnership, limited liability partnership, limited partnership or incorporate your company online through BizFile.

Manpower

	Apply For & Manage Your Foreign Employees' Work Permits Online
	One-stop portal for company and employment agency users to perform Work Permit transactions online.
	Apply For Employment Pass Online
	One-stop portal for companies and employment agencies to perform Employment, S Pass and other work pass-related transactions online, such as checking of application status.
CPF Employer Registration Register online to make your first CPF payment for your employee.
	Select An Approved Course For Funding From The Library of Courses at SDF EasyNet
	Sign your employees up for Skills Development Fund (SDF) subsidised training courses.

	Select An Approved SRP Course For Funding
	Sign your employees up for Skills Redevelopment Programme (SRP) subsidised training courses.

Taxes & GST

	File Your Taxes & Tax Returns Using myTax Portal
	myTax Portal is a personalised online portal for taxpayers. It is provided by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
	Pay & Manage Foreign Workers Levy Online
	View current and past monthly levy bills, payment details, adjustments and detailed breakdown of levy. You can also pay levies online.

Contracts & Tenders

	Find Government Contracts & Tenders
	Log onto Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) - the Singapore Government's Procurement Portal - for the latest Government tenders and quotations.

	Register As A Government Registered Supplier
	Some Government tenders are only open to Government Registered Suppliers.

	Register As A Trading Partner To The Government
	Register as a Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) Trading Partner to participate in Government quotations and tenders online.

Terminating Licences & Permits

	Notify ACRA You Are Terminating Your Business
	When terminating your business, you need to notify the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) via BizFile. You should terminate your other licences first before terminating your business with ACRA.
