Do you provide certifiable training courses? Get your courses approved under SRP and businesses that send their employees for your courses will receive training allowances.
For who?
- Singapore-registered organisations, including businesses that provide training courses.
For what?
- To enable training providers to submit their certifiable training courses for SRP-funding. SRP gives the employer a training allowance (“absentee payroll”) for every training hour.
How much?
- For the employer to get the absentee payroll, the employer must be a Singapore-registered business and the trainees must:
- be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
- attend at least 75% of the course and pass all assessments
- fully-sponsored by the employer

- Since SRP was launched in May 1998, it has achieved 343,546 training places.
