Who Joins MPS?
- Any music publisher in Singapore running a business with published musical works can join MPS as member subject to the Board’s approval.

Why Do Music Publishers Join MPS?
- MPS exercises and enforces, on behalf of its members and their musical works, all rights and remedies under the copyright law in Singapore and overseas.
- MPS helps members handle all copyright enquiries from the business community or individuals who wish to use the works owned or controlled by its members.

How Does MPS Work With The Government?
- MPS is recognised as an Intellectual Property (IP) Association by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).
- It works with IPOS to prevent infringement of musical works and protects the interests of music publishers who are MPS members.
