Who Joins COMPASS?
- Any Singapore-incorporated music publisher or songwriter in Singapore can join as a Publisher/Writer Member.
- Any songwriter that does not meet the admission criteria can still join as an Affilliate Member.
- All applicants must be:
- Singapore Citizens
- Permanent Residents
- Work Permit Holders for more than 1 year

Why Do Businesses Join COMPASS?
- COMPASS will collect royalties for members when their works are performed in public, both locally and overseas.
- Music publishers and song writers may wish to join COMPASS to:
- participate in professional seminars/forums
- receive professional consultation on copyright administration
- take part in awards events organised by COMPASS
- participate in overseas study trips and music fairs

How Does COMPASS Work With The Government?
- COMPASS is also an Honour Intellectual Property (HIP) alliance member with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and works with them to protect copyright laws of music publishers and composers.
