Who Can Participate In SIFF?

  • Businesses in the film industry, trade professionals and film students participate in SIFF including filmmakers, movie producers, movie consultants, scriptwriters and talent scouts.

  • The public may also participate in the event by watching the films screened during the festival.

How Do Businesses Participate?

  • There are many ways to participate. You may:

    • submit your film for screening
    • attend the workshops/seminars organised
    • attend networking sessions organised
    • compete for the internationally recognised Silver Screen Awards

  • Local filmmakers may also submit their short film for the Singapore Short Film Category of the Silver Screen Awards. Local filmmakers who have gained regional/international recognition after clinching the Awards include:
