  Get this licence to deal in second hand goods including telecommunication and IT equipment. Businesses providing second hand goods and those taking trade-ins require this licence.
  
  
• Telecommunications Dealers’ (Class) Licence
  Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA)
  Get this licence to make, import, sell or hire any approved telecommunications equipment in Singapore. Businesses such as mobile phone importers and distributors require this licence.
  
  
• Telecommunications Dealers’ (Individual) Licence
  Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA)
  Get this licence to make, import, sell or hire any telecommunications equipment that is not approved in Singapore. Businesses such as export-set dealers and equipment traders require this licence.
