For who?
- All infocomm local enterprises (iLEs) and multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Your business qualifies as an iLE if:
- you are a Singapore-registered company
- you have at least 30% local equity or shareholding
- your key business activity is in the info-communications technology (ICT) sector
- you do not have a parent company in another country
- you are not a Government Linked Company (GLC)
- you have not partnered with more than 3 MNCs under iLIUP
- you are not a cluster leader under the Overseas Development Programme
For what?
- To create and develop mutually beneficial partnerships between iLEs and MNCs.
How does it work?
- Under iLIUP, each MNC partner will have a dedicated manager who will go about looking for suitable partnerships with iLEs and ensuring success.
- iLEs looking for MNCs to partner under iLIUP can use the Infocomm Industry Partnership (IIP) Portal.
- Benefits for iLEs:
- priority access to MNC’s cutting-edge technologies
- access to the MNC’s technical expertise and specialised training
- joint sales efforts with MNC
- access to MNC’s and its partners marketing and distribution networks

- technologies implemented in products/services created by Singapore iLEs
