    • providers of fixed-line services (local/international PSTN, lease circuits etc.)
    • mobile cellular and radio paging service providers
    • satellite uplink and downlink service providers
    • Internet access providers (including Internet Service Providers)
    • third party telecommunications/value-added network operators
