ETAC helps Singapore-based companies understand and comply with standards and technical regulations relating to exports. Currently ETAC focuses on food, electrical and electronics exports and environmental technical regulations.

- To help Singapore-based companies export their products by providing information on standards and technical regulations imposed by importing countries.

- Singapore-based companies can approach ETAC to:
- obtain information on export technical requirements
- link up with specialists, consultants and technical experts
- get updates on the latest developments in export standards and technical regulations

- use ETAC’s database to look up standards and technical regulations imposed by importing countries
- attend educational workshops and seminars organised by ETAC to keep updated on the latest product standards, technical regulations, and compliance strategies
Things to note
- ETAC is an initiative of SPRING Singapore and supports the broader export promotion initiatives led by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore.
- Currently, ETAC is focused on food and electrical/electronic industries as well as areas relating to environmental technical regulations. Over time, ETAC will also provide assistance to other sectors.
