Get started

1. Make sure you have the following:
   
   a) SingPass
   b) Credit Card, eNets Debit or Flexipay to make payment
   c) Valid email address
   
   Existing businesses should also have their ACRA registration number on hand. It is the number that was issued to you by the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) when you first registered your business or incorporated your company.

2. Go to “Apply New Licence(s)” on the OBLS Homepage.
   
   

3. Navigate or search to find the licence/permit you need.
   
   There are three ways to do this:
   
   • Keyword search in Licences and Industries/Business Activities
   • Navigate by Industry/Business Activity
   • Navigate by Government Agency

4. Choose the licences/permits you want to apply for by checking the boxes.
   
   
   • Click on [Read more...] to know more about the licence/permit.
   • You can apply online only if the licence/permit has a tick box next to it.

5. Click on the  button when you have finished.
   
   
6. Check your selection appearing inside the Licence Selection box and click on the . Follow the instructions on the screen.
