Business Angels Scheme (BAS)

Step-by-Step guide on applying for BAS

1. Learn more about BAS on SPRING's website.
   
   
2. Ensure that your business qualifies for the programme. Contact the manager of the Business Angel Fund if you need help.
   
   
3. Meet with any of the approved Business Angel Funds to pitch your idea and secure investments. The manager of the Business Angel Fund will be able to help you determine if you meet the requirements.

4. If you meet the requirements, you will be given an application form.
   
   
5. Submit the application form to the Business Angel Fund.
   
   
6. Wait for notification from the Business Angel Fund.

7. Receive Letter of Offer and Legal Agreements from SEEDS Capital.
   
   
8. Sign, accept and return the Letter and Legal Agreements. Both the start-up team and Business Angel Fund must sign within the time period stated in the Letter of Offer (1 month from date of offer).

9. SEEDS Capital will disburse the funds in a minimum of two tranches. Each tranche is disbursed as soon as the start-up fulfils the conditions and milestones required for that tranche.
