Step-by-Step guide on applying for CDS

Before you apply

1. Learn more about CDS on Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA)’s website.
   
   
2. Ensure you or your employees qualify for the programme.
   Contact MDA if you need help.
   
   
3. Prepare the supporting documents.
   A list of the required supporting documents can be found in the Guidelines.

4. Download the Application Form.
   
   
5. Submit the Application Form with supporting documents.
   Applications must be received at least 2 weeks before the course starts.
   
   
6. Wait 4 - 5 weeks for MDA to reply.
   During this time, MDA may contact you for more information.

7. Receive Letter of Offer from MDA.
   
   
8. Accept the Letter of Offer and start the training.
   
   
9. Keep proper financial records.
   E.g. expenses, invoices, receipts relating to the training.

10. Submit post-course report.
    MDA may request that you share your learning experiences in a lecture or presentation.
    
    
11. Submit claim form with financial records.
    All claims must be made within 1 month of completing the course.
