Step-by-Step guide on applying for Creative Talent Fund
Before you apply
- Learn more about Creative Talent Fund on the Creative Community Singapore (CCS) website.
- Ensure you and your project qualify for the fund. Contact CCS if you need help.
Applying for Creative Talent Fund
- Download the Creative Talent Fund Implementation Plan (WORD).
- E-mail your completed Implementation Plan to:
mica_ccsprojects@mica.gov.sg Subject: CTF - Project Title
- Wait for CCS to reply.
If your project has been short-listed, you will be notified within 10 days of the closing date. You may also be asked to present your project to the evaluation panel. Please do not start on your project until your application has been approved.
- Wait for the final results.
You will be notified within 2 months after the closing date if your project has been selected. Upon successful application
- Receive the Letter of Offer.
The contractual period of support for each project is up to 1 year.
- Accept the Letter of Offer.
You will receive the funds upon acceptance.
- Start on your project and undergo βCapability Developmentβ according to the terms set out in the Letter of Offer.
- Keep proper financial records.
E.g. expenses, invoices, receipts relating to the project.
- Keep proper project records.
E.g. scope, timeline, deliverables, progress reports, evaluation reports.
- Complete the project within 1 year from the date your project received approval. You must complete the prototype or proof-of-concept phase of your project within the 1 year and submit the completion report.
