Step-by-Step guide on applying for REACH Registration Assistance Pilot Scheme
Before you apply
- Learn more about REACH Registration Assistance Pilot Scheme on SPRING’s website.
- Ensure that your business qualifies for the scheme.
- Contact the scheme administrator, Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) to discuss your project proposal and application. You will need to work closely with SCIC to ensure your project meets the guidelines.
- Finalise your project proposal with SCIC.
If your project qualifies, you will be given an application form. Applying for REACH Registration Assistance Pilot Scheme
- Submit the application form to SCIC with all the supporting documents.
- SCIC will forward the completed documents and application forms to SPRING Singapore for approval.
Upon successful application
- Receive a Letter of Offer from SPRING Singapore.
- Accept the Letter of Offer and start on the project.
- Keep proper financial records.
E.g. expenses, invoices, receipts relating to the project.
- Keep proper project records.
E.g. scope, timeline, deliverables, progress reports, project sign-offs, and evaluation reports.
- Pay the project cost first. The grant is given on a reimbursement basis.
Claiming for funds
- The final claim must be made within 6 months of completion of project.
- Submit your claim form with your invoices, receipts, bank statements (to show payment and clearance of cheques) and consultant assignment report. SPRING Singapore will provide you with the procedure for claims.
- To minimise delay in claims, please ensure that you have submitted all the necessary supporting documents. Upon approval of your claim, SPRING Singapore will reimburse you within 3-4 weeks.
