Step-by-Step guide on applying for LEAD

Before you apply

1. Learn more about LEAD from SPRING's website.
   
   
2. Ensure you understand the qualification guidelines.
   
   
3. Contact EnterpriseOne to get the Indication of Interest Form.
   
   
4. Submit the Indication of Interest Form.
   
   
5. LEAD administrator will respond based on the Indication of Interest Form and follow-up with the Proposal Form.

Applying for LEAD

6. Submit the Proposal Form with supporting documents as detailed in the Proposal Form.
   
   
7. Within 1 week, LEAD administrator may contact you to discuss your proposal.
   
   
8. The proposal will be evaluated by a multi-agency evaluation panel.
   
   
9. LEAD administrator will notify the outcome of your proposal within 3 months.

Upon successful application

10. Receive Letter of Offer from LEAD administrator.
    
    
11. Accept the Letter of Offer and start your project.
    
    
12. Keep proper financial records.
    E.g. expenses, invoices and receipts relating to the project.

Claiming for funds

13. Prepare all supporting materials (e.g. financial records) to make claims.
    
    
14. Submit claims to LEAD administrator.
