Before you apply

1. Learn more about the Water Efficiency Fund on the Public Utilities Board (PUB) website.
   
   
2. Ensure you and your project qualify for the fund.
   Contact PUB if you need help.
   
   
3. Discuss your project with PUB.
   Please contact PUB to set up a meeting. You should go to the meeting wit an outline of your project.

4. Download the Application Form (WORD).
   
   
5. Prepare all the materials required as stated in the Application Form.
   
   
6. Submit the Application Form with all supporting materials.
   
   
7. Receive Letter of Offer from PUB.

8. Formally accept the Letter of Offer. You must accept the Offer within 30 days and start on the project within 6 months of receiving the Letter of Offer.
   
   
9. Receive funds from PUB. Funds are disbursed according to the terms/schedules in the Application Form.
   
   
10. Keep proper financial records.
    E.g. expenses, invoices, cheques issued, bank statements, receipts, relating to the project.
    
    
11. Keep proper project records.
    E.g. scope, timeline, deliverables, progress reports, project sign-offs, and evaluation reports.
    
    
12. Complete the project.
    You must complete the project within the timeline stated in the Application Form.
    
    
13. Claim for funds from PUB.
    Fill up the claim forms and provide the financial and project records as directed by PUB.
