Step-by-Step guide on applying for RMAF
Before you apply
- Learn more about RMAF on the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council’s website.
- Contact any of the RMAF agents for help. They will guide you through the application process should your company qualifies.
- Choose an Approved Risk Consultant (PDF).
- Prepare the necessary information and documents:
- consultant’s invoice
- factory license number
- Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) certificate with Singapore Standard Industry Classification (SSIC) Code
Applying for RMAF
- Obtain an Application Form from the RMAF agent.
- With help from your RMAF agent, fill up the Application Form, together with the attached GIRO form.
- The RMAF agent will submit your application to MOM on your behalf.
Upon successful application
- Start your risk assessment project with the Approved Risk Consultant.
Claiming for funds
- Submit supporting documents to show that you have carried out the project successfully. The Approved Risk Consultant will help you prepare these documents and submit them to the RMAF agent.
- The RMAF agent will appoint a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Auditor to ensure deliverables are met before submission for reimbursement.
- Once all supporting documents have been submitted and approved by MOM through the RMAF agent, you will receive the funds within 28 days via GIRO.
Things to note
- The entire risk assessment project must be completed within 6 months.
- MOM may check on your company and the project to ensure that the project’s objectives are met.
