Step-by-Step guide for course providers who wish to participate in Enhanced CITREP

Before you apply

1. Learn more about Enhanced CITREP on the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) website.

2. Ensure that your course or certification is eligible for the Enhanced CITREP. Read the criteria and the terms and conditions for endorsement in the Course/Certification Endorsement Guide (PDF). Email to ida_citrep@ida.gov.sg if you need help.
   
   
3. Submit the online application for Course/Certification Endorsement via the Infocomm Competency Management System (ICMS).
   
   
4. Prepare all supporting documents as listed in the Course/Certification Endorsement Guide (PDF). Send the supporting documents and the non-refundable administrative fee to IDA to complete your application.

5. Receive an acknowledgement of endorsement application within 3 working days.
   
   
6. Receive notice of approval or rejection of endorsement application. You will receive an email notification within 20 working days from receipt of the full set of supporting documents.
   
   
7. Take note of the expiry dates of your endorsed courses/certifications. You need to renew each course/certification upon the expiry date.
