Before you apply

1. Learn more about HI²P and the type of projects funded on the HI²P website.
   
   
2. Ensure that your business and project qualify for HI²P funding by reading the ‘Funding Guidelines’ section on the HI²P website.
   Email the National Heritage Board (NHB) if you need help.
   
   
3. Download the Application Form from the ‘Apply Now’ Section of the HI²P website.
   
   
4. Get all required information (e.g. recent financial performance, estimated project budget, shareholding details, etc) and prepare all supporting documents listed in the Application Form.

5. Fill in and submit your application form and all supporting documents to:
   
   Industry Development & Planning
   National Heritage Board (NHB)
   140 Hill Street
   #03-02 MICA Building
   Singapore 179369
   
   
6. Wait 1 month for NHB to reply.
   NHB will let you know if your application has been approved.

7. Receive the Letter of Offer from NHB.
   The grant amount and terms and conditions are in the Letter of Offer. They are non-negotiable.
   
   
8. Accept the Letter of Offer.
   
   
9. Execute the project.
   
   
10. Keep proper financial records.
    E.g. expenses, invoices, receipts relating to the project.

11. HI²P grant will be disbursed on a reimbursement basis.
    
    
12. Applicants are required to fulfil certain conditions before partial or full amount of grant would be reimbursed by cheque.
    
    
13. Submit your financial records and any other required supporting documents to NHB (e.g. expenses, invoices, receipts relating to the project).
    
    
14. Wait 2 - 4 weeks for NHB to send you a cheque.
    NHB may arrange to give the funds to you in instalments.
