Step-by-Step guide on applying for Excise Factory Scheme

Before you apply

1. Learn more about Excise Factory Scheme on the Singapore Customs website.
   
   
2. Ensure your business meets the criteria for the scheme.
   You can email or contact Customs if you need help
   
   
3. Prepare the supporting documents listed on the Customs website.

4. Fill in and submit the Application Form for Licenced Premises online.
   
   
5. Submit the supporting documents to:
   
   Schemes Promotion & Administration Branch
   Singapore Customs
   55 Newton Road #07-02
   Singapore 307987

6. Receive written approval and a hard copy of the licence from Customs.
   
   
7. The licence is valid for 1 year.
   Renewal of the licence is subject to compliance with the licensing conditions and other requirements of Customs. The licence fees will be deducted from your GIRO account.
