Manpower for Internationalisation Programme (MIP)

Learn how to and get help on hiring or grooming your employees to support your internationalisation strategy.

For who?

  • Singapore-based companies and their executive staff who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

For what?

  • To encourage Singapore-based companies to build up a pool of executive talent with internationalisation skills who, in turn, increase the companies' competitiveness in the international market.

How much?

  1. Training subsidies

    The Asian Business Fellowship Scheme (ABF) co-funds executive training or attachment in the Asian region. You can use ABF to equip your executives with relevant international skills or develop their in-depth knowledge and exposure in key markets.

  2. Manpower Resources

    Recruit international manpower on the Human Capital Network.

  3. Self-Help Opportunities

    Attend training courses and seminars organised by IE Singapore.
