A grant to train infocomm and non-infocomm professionals with critical, emerging and specialised infocomm skills.
For who?
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
- Organisations that are sponsoring their employees for full-time training must be incorporated or registered in Singapore
For what?
- To defray the cost of training and certification for individuals and sponsoring organisations in the following National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) skills:
- Infocomm Security
- Interactive Digital Media
- IT Services
- Network and Communications
- Project Management
- Software and Applications
- Telecommunications
How much?
- For Course and Certification Fees Support
- Up to 80% of the nett course fee*, capped at S$3,000 per trainee per course.
- For Certification Fees Support
- Up to 80% of the nett certification examination fee*, capped at S$500 per trainee per certification.
- For Absentee Payroll
- S$50 per trainee per day for organisations that are sponsoring their employees for full-time training which:
- are conducted on weekdays (i.e. Mondays to Fridays)
- are held between 8.30am and 6pm
- have a minimum duration of 6 training hours
Things to note
- Trainees can be Organisation-Sponsored or Self-Sponsored.
- You can apply directly to participating course and certification providers offering the endorsed courses and certifications.
