For who?

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
  
  
• Organisations that are sponsoring their employees for full-time training must be incorporated or registered in Singapore

For what?

• To defray the cost of training and certification for individuals and sponsoring organisations in the following National Infocomm Competency Framework (NICF) skills:
  
  
  • Infocomm Security
  • Interactive Digital Media
  • IT Services
  • Network and Communications
  • Project Management
  • Software and Applications
  • Telecommunications

How much?

• For Course and Certification Fees Support
  
  
  • Up to 80% of the nett course fee*, capped at S$3,000 per trainee per course.
    
    
• For Certification Fees Support
  
  
  • Up to 80% of the nett certification examination fee*, capped at S$500 per trainee per certification.
    
    
• For Absentee Payroll
  
  
  • S$50 per trainee per day for organisations that are sponsoring their employees for full-time training which:
    
    
    • are conducted on weekdays (i.e. Mondays to Fridays)
    • are held between 8.30am and 6pm
    • have a minimum duration of 6 training hours

* Fee excludes GST, registration and membership fees, rebates, discounts or any training grant offered by any other course and/or certification providers.

Things to note

• Trainees can be Organisation-Sponsored or Self-Sponsored.
  
  
• You can apply directly to participating course and certification providers offering the endorsed courses and certifications.
