For who?

• Any media-related business registered in Singapore.

For what?

• To encourage the development of digital content in Singapore.
  
  
• To qualify, your digital content must be related to animation and visual effects, computer gaming or interactive digital media content. For instance:
  
  
  • pilot for animated TV series or trailer for feature film
  • computer games, video games, mobile games
  • interactive media

How much?

• Up to 70% of the qualifying costs subject to a maximum of S$150,000.
  
  
• Qualifying costs include manpower, software, hardware and intellectual property rights.

Things to note

• Your digital content must be original and marketable overseas.
  
  
• Projects must not have commenced at the time of application.
  
  
• PILOT is previously known as Digital Content Development Scheme (DCDS).
