Do you have an idea for the Creative Industry? Get a grant of up to S$20,000 to create a prototype, develop a proof-of-concept or test-trial your idea.
For who?
- The Fund is available to individuals and organisations.
- Individuals must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
- All Singapore-registered organisations with 30% - 100% local shareholdings.
- Organisations may be sole-proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, companies or societies.
For what?
- To unleash creativity and promote entrepreneurship in the Creative Industries by providing support for prototyping, proof-of-concept and test-trial projects which:
- contribute directly to the arts/heritage, design and/or media sectors
- generate jobs, intellectual property and value-add
- lead to compelling businesses or enterprise
- are primarily carried out in Singapore
How much?
Co-Funding
- Up to 80% of the qualifying costs for projects, subject to a maximum of S$20,000. Qualifying costs include expenses for manpower, equipment, software, materials & consumables, and marketing.
- Up to 80% funding of course fees, subject to a maximum of S$2,500 per project.
Non-Financial Assistance
- Exchange opportunities with other professionals and entrepreneurs in the Creative Industries.
- Assistance in finding and identifying potential public and private sector partners and mentors.
- Marketing and/or publicity for your project.
- Training workshops, seminars and courses.
Things to note
- You can only submit 1 application at a time.
- You must complete your project before you can apply for the fund again.
- Please do not start on your project until your application has been approved.
- Approved projects must be completed within 1 year from the date of approval.
- You must agree to undergo βCapability Developmentβ within the 1 year.
- The contractual period of support for each project is up to 1 year.
