iSPRINT (Increase SME Productivity With Infocomm Adoption & Transformation)

Get a grant to defray costs of your infocomm project to improve or innovate your business operations.

For who?

  • All small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that are registered or incorporated in Singapore.

  • Your business qualifies as a SME if:

    • 30% - 100% of your shareholding is local
    • your group fixed assets are worth S$0 - S$15 million*
    • you have 0 - 200 employees (for companies in the non-manufacturing sector)*

For what?

  • To encourage SMEs to use technology to improve or innovate their business operations.

  • The infocomm project should lead to:

    • increase in efficiency/ productivity
    • increase in revenue
    • increase in value-added

How much?

Types Of Project Support Level Qualifying Costs
Packaged solutions* pre-qualified by IDA for:
 
• Finance/ Accounting
• Human Resources/ Payroll
Up to 50% of qualifying cost, capped at S$1,500 per packaged solution • Software
• Consultancy Services
• Training
Customised solutions

E.g. Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning
Up to 50% of qualifying costs, capped at S$10,000 per SME Consultancy services
Advanced customised solutions that requires extensive development efforts and business re-engineering

E.g. Supply Chain Management
Up to 50% of qualifying costs

(Grant amount is determined based on a case-by-case basis)
• Manpower-related costs
• Consultancy services
• Hardware/ software

*The list of pre-qualified packaged solutions will only be available in March 2010.

Things to note

  • You can make multiple applications for different infocomm projects up to S$10,000 per SME, whilst funds last. 

  • IDA will take into account previous grants awarded to you from SME Infocomm Package (SIP) (PDF) and Accounting Software Assistance Scheme.

  • For customised solutions, the development must be carried out in Singapore and the project must not have started before the Letter of Offer is issued and accepted by the SME. 

  • The grant does not support upgrades and enhancements for existing infocomm systems.
