Raise funds for your start-up. For every S$1 an investor puts into your business, SPRING SEEDS Capital Pte Ltd will invest S$1. The maximum investment by SPRING SEEDS Capital is S$1 million.
- For start-ups in Singapore involved in developing new or better products, processes and applications.
- Start-up must:
- be a Private Limited company incorporated 0-5 years in Singapore
- have paid-up capital of S$50,000 - S$1 million
- carry out its core activities in Singapore
For what?
- To encourage private sector investments in innovative seed or early stage start-up companies developing innovative products or processes that can be marketed and sold globally.
How much?
- The minimum investment by the private investor must be at least S$75,000.
- SPRING SEEDS Capital* will match S$1 for every S$1 invested on the start-up, up to a maximum of S$1 million.
- From 1 December 2008 to 31 January 2011, SPRING SEEDS Capital may match S$2 for every S$1 invested on the start-up, up to a maximum of S$1 million, on a case-by-case basis.
