- JTC has Technopreneur Centres and the Phase Z.Ro Technopreneur Park specially designed for start-ups.
- They are ready-made incubator units with shared supporting facilities and services, such as meeting rooms, IT infrastructure, a secretariat, a business centre and shared cafes.

HOTSpots
- HOTSpots are locations in Singapore that are custom-designed to meet the needs of start-ups.
- HOTSpots have the following features:
- Highly accessible areas: 400,000 sqm of prime space near the city, universities and technology parks has been allocated for use as HOTSpots.
