How Do I Apply For S-Class?

• You adopt and strive to meet the Business Excellence Niche Standard (Service).
  
  
• When you are confident you have achieved it, you submit the Business Excellence Certification Application Form to SPRING Singapore.
  
  
• SPRING Singapore will assign certified assessors to evaluate your systems and processes.
  
  
• S-Class assessment is based on the criterion in the Service Scorecard for Business Excellence (Service Scorecard) self-assessment tool.
  
  
• If you score at least 400 out of 1,000 points in the assessment, you will be awarded the S-Class.
  
  
• If you score 700 or more points, you will also be short listed for the Service Excellence Award.
