How Do I Apply For The Award?

• To qualify for the Award, you must first go through the Singapore Service Class (S-Class) certification. You must score at least 700 points during the certification to be considered for the Award.
  
  
• If you qualify for the Award, you can apply by submitting the Business Excellence Award Application Form to SPRING Singapore.
  
  
• SPRING Singapore will assign certified assessors to evaluate your systems and processes.
  
  
• The assessment is based on the criterion in the Service Scorecard for Business Excellence (Service Scorecard) self-assessment tool.
  
  
• At the end of the assessment process, the Board of Assessors will submit reports to the Management Committee.
